Central Presbyterian Church Cooper House Family Life Center
Central Presbyterian Church Cooper House Family Life Center
This is the third project that LBI has done for Central Presbyterian Church.
The original 2,000sf home was built in 1825 and modified many times since. This historic renovation reclaimed a spiral staircase, fireplaces, windows, and much of the flooring and trim.
The 8,400sf new addition includes structural steel, HardiePlank & brick veneer.
Building Features: Upgraded to current building codes for electrical, HVAC, ADA, fire, plumbing, and parking. A large multi-story open meeting room with decorative cork flooring. Multi-media control room. Kitchen and serving areas. Smaller rooms for guest use or more intimate meetings.
Winner: The CPC Cooper House Family Life Center won Associated Builders & Contractors’ 2011 Excellence in Construction Award in the Historical Preservation/Restoration Less than $2 Million Category.
