We have been building commercial and residential projects as a general contractor in the Huntsville and North Alabama area since 1984.  We are approximately 85% commercial and 15% residential.  We have completed projects up to $50 Million; simple renovations; historical renovations; new construction from the ground up; remediation of troubled structures; room additions; tenant build-outs; medical facilities; K-12 school buildings; college and university buildings; gyms; offices; industrial facilities; federal, state, and local government buildings; churches; multi-family residences, single family residences, and LEED projects.

The 6,500 square foot Sanctuary is a Gothic Old World design with 51 foot high ceilings supported by exposed structural glue-laminated wood columns & beams and structural concrete block walls with a brick veneer and cast stone trim.   The custom built highly arched windows accent the steep roof pitch.  Inside the walls are Stucco over the concrete block, the floor is a custom designed tile, and main doors are custom imported stained wood.

The 3500 square foot classroom wing is concrete block with cast stone and brick veneer, wood truss and shingle roof.

Winner:  Associated Builders & Contractors 2007 Excellence in Construction Award, Institutional Less than $5 Million.

This project included an addition of a cafeteria, kitchen, classrooms, restrooms, and showers. 

The renovation phase involved turning the old cafeteria into classrooms and labs and updating the Band Room.

Work was performed in three phases to ensure that the school could remain operational during the twelve months of construction.  

Winner:  Associated Builders & Contractors 2009 Excellence in Construction Awards Institutional  $5-10 Million

This project converted the 50 year old Scottsboro City Hall into a New Scottsboro Police Department, City Court, City Jail, and 911 Call Center. 

The construction included: asbestos abatement, structural steel framing, cast-in-place concrete, CMU, brick veneer, Modified Bituminous Roof, interior architectural woodwork, EIFS, electronic security systems,  security doors, fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems, metal wall and furniture systems, skylights, glass front entry curtain wall system, and upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. 

Winner:  General Contractor—Project of the Year.
